When to go up a tier

Business Premium at £16.90 adds the security and device tools we use for Cyber Essentials: Defender, Intune, data-loss protection, Entra ID P1, and Windows 11 Pro upgrade rights. Copilot is still not included. That is a separate add-on on either licence.

If you only need browser email and Teams, Business Basic at £5.40 is enough.
