Most offices here just need decent business fibre
If you are in Bournemouth, Poole or Lymington, a leased line is usually more than you need. Teams, email, a few dozen people: proper business fibre does that job.
We sell both. This page is how we choose, in ordinary language. The products themselves are broadband and leased lines.

The two options
Business broadband
Fibre into the office, shared with other buildings on the same network. Cheaper. Usually in quicker. Downloads look great. Sending stuff out (calls, backups, files to another site) can feel slower. If it breaks, repair often takes a day or two.
Leased lines
A line just for you. Same speed both ways. We get a written promise to fix it the same day. It costs more, and it takes longer to put in. We only suggest it when broadband plus a 4G backup would still leave you stuck.

When we would actually suggest a leased line
Only if one of these is true:
- your phones run over the internet
- backups run during the working day
- you have two offices that need to talk to each other
- the office really cannot be offline
Not because a speed test looked nice at the weekend. And not instead of trying a 4G backup first.
We look at the actual building. A postcode on a website is not a spec.
