Business Basic: email, Teams and files in the browser

This is the cheap Microsoft 365 licence. Your people get Outlook email, Teams, and 1TB of OneDrive, plus Word, Excel and PowerPoint in a browser or on a phone. There are no desktop Office apps.

It is for offices where most work happens in email and Teams, and nobody is living in a heavy Excel file all day.

£5.40 per user per month, ex VAT, as on our quote. Annual Microsoft price.

What you do not get

The full desktop apps. If someone needs Outlook or Excel installed on the PC, that is Business Standard at £10.80, not this.
